The red wine lineup begins with the 2007 Shiraz. Opaque purple-colored, it has an enticing perfume of spice box, blue fruits, and smoked meat. This leads to a savory, ripe, full-flavored wine with layered fruit, excellent balance, and a lengthy close. Drink it over the next four years. |

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is purple-colored with an expressive nose of black currants, blackberry, and violets. Nicely balanced with enough structure to evolve for 1-2 years, it will be at its best from 2010 to 2016. |

The 2007 Shiraz (61%)-Grenache (39%) is dark ruby/purple-colored with an aromatic array of cherry, spice box, and blueberry. The wine has superb depth and concentration for its humble price. This balanced, lengthy effort will drink well over the next four years. |
