This is the “third” wine of famed classed-growth Chateau Calon Segur. From younger vines, this is made for earlier drinking while you wait for the Grand Vin to mature. I tried a bottle of this a few nights ago and it’s fantastic. After about an hour of air, it really does drink like a “baby Calon”. Outstanding value!

Its delicate, exotic citrus notes and low alcohol content make it the perfect thirst quencher- with the bonus of being vegan-friendly! Serve it chilled as an aperitif or with food pairing options like salads, fresh goat cheese, salmon or beef carpaccio, a scallop risotto, grilled fish, and tapas. The 2023 Vintage:~Blend: Gros Manseng 35%, Ugni blanc 25%, Colombard 25%, Sauvignon 15%
