2020 Domaine des Pasquiers - Cotes du Rhone Villages Sablet Cuvee Prestige

Pasquiers has been a long-time favorite here, farmed organically since 2010, this wine is a great example of an excellent Cotes du Rhone. This Sablet will out-drink many a Gigondas at more than half the price!

Domaine de Pouy, Côtes de Gascogne IGP, is the quintessential summer white! Its delicate, exotic citrus notes and low alcohol content make it the perfect thirst quencher- with the bonus of being vegan-friendly! Serve it chilled as an aperitif or with food pairing options like salads, fresh goat cheese, salmon or beef carpaccio, a scallop risotto, grilled fish, and tapas.
