Vineyards & Winemaking

The Highland Chardonnay blends roughly half Double L Vineyard fruit with grapes from neighboring McIntyre and Tondré vineyards, all within the same Mediterranean-influenced AVA. Double L Vineyard has been certified organic since 2001, reflecting Morgan’s long-standing commitment to sustainable farming. About a quarter of the wine was aged in new oak, providing polish and structure without overpowering the vibrant acidity and the site’s natural brightness.
