Bassins Direct Import — we discovered this wine ourselves from the Grézan winery, located in Faugères in the south of France, and brought it in exclusively.

A fresh, juicy southern French red made for everyday drinking. Bursting with ripe red berries, black cherry, and a touch of garrigue, this smooth, medium-bodied wine is easygoing yet full of character. Soft tannins and bright acidity make it incredibly versatile.

ASHES & DIAMONDS’ Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of select vineyards at the “mouth” of the Napa Valley (Oak Knoll District). These sites take in morning fog and afternoon sea breezes, enabling the grapes to ripen slowly with minimal heat spikes. The vineyards’ alluvial soils are derived from volcanic and marine sediments washed down from the neighboring mountains into rich clay and sandy loam. These conditions are ideal for a naturally restrained and balanced wine that cloaks its subtle might behind a robe of aromatic finesse.

This special cuvée made by Jean Mounard and Marc Vappereau is a pure Sancerre with incredible freshness and minerality. It stands in contrast to some productions which tend toward richer, heavier wines often with residual sugar. It has a good depth, lovely, citrus fruit, and a classic flintiness on the nose and palate.

This small plot (12 ares / 0.3 acre) is located at the foot of the slope. The name “Les Grèves” comes from the composition of the soil: light and stony.

The red wines present fine fruit notes and delicate flavours.

They are perfect with a wild mushroom quiche, red meats or cheeses such as Cîteaux, Reblochon, etc.

With 40 ha in DOC Friuli, they care about the bees (SNQP = sustainable certification for the wines  / close to organic certification/ and also for workers ).

This hand-harvested, 100% Pinot Noir is blend of four clones produced from a single vineyard located in the Casablanca Valley. The granite soils and cool, coastal climate produce a fresh, vibrant and aromatic wine. It shows bright red fruit notes of strawberry and cherry, with an underlying hint of oak, that leads to a lifted mid-palate and smooth, velvety finish.

OF "store picks' are some of the hottest ticket items in the whiskey world. This is our second barrel and we like it even more than the first.

Our Bourbon gurus John and Paul flew out to TN back in June to pick out this barrel straight from the distillery. Robust, spicy with just the right amount of JD sweetness. Really fantastic stuff!
