The color is a deep, brilliant golden yellow on this 20 year old Cognac.Pierre Ferrand Reserve has a lovely vanilla bouquet, with overtones of dried roses and apricot jam. It also has hint of walnuts, cinnamon, and licore. It is full-bodied and rich on the palate with an excellent balance. The aromas initially identified on the bouquet develop gradually on the palate, and persist for 3-4 minutes. A unique Grande Champagne Cognac.
