Navarre Vieille Reserve Grande Fine Champagne Cognac is matured for over 50 years. The humid environment of the Estate naturally reduces the cognac to about 45% alc/vol. during its three to five decade long maturation. Navarre Vieille Reserve Grande Fine Champagne Cognac is the only Navarre Cognac imported to the United States, which is released in very limited quantity, due ti its meticulous production. This is a standout rustic bottling, from the one of the last remaining purists of the cognac industry. Tasting Notes NOSE: Rich, notes of dried apricots, raisins, grapes, spice. PALATE: Full bodies, earthy, oak, old leather, vanilla, raisins and dried fruit, oak, spice, very complex. FINISH: Long, cinnamon, oak, spice, honey.
