The 2017 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru offers vivacious blueberry and blackberry fruit on the nose. It is well defined and seeming to billow with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy ripe black fruit laced with date, fig and a veneer of vanilla towards the quite sensual finish. This is an accomplished Bonnes-Mares from Fourrier that comes recommended.
