Crema de Mocha is one of the earlist of coffee liqueur, with recipes dating back to the middle of the 18th Century. The Port of Moccha was central to the trade of coffee beans from many regions, especially those from The Kingdom of Abyssinia (present-day Ethopia), which is regarded historically as the birthplaces of coffee. these highly prized Ethiopian coffee beans were sent across the Red Sea to the Port Mocha by merchants from Berbera, then shipped from there to the finest Coffee houses on the European Continent. Developed from de Creme de Moka recipe,daating from 1755, Tempus Fugit distilled with neutral eau-de vie, blended with cold-brewed Ethiopan coffee and cane sugar.No artificial flavoring or coloring is added.
