Much more classically proportioned than its hail-impacted 2018 predecessor, Lignier's 2019 Bourgogne Grand Chaliot mingles aromas of raspberries with notions of loamy soil and orange rind. Medium-bodied, lively and precise, it's an elegant, refined wine.
