This 8-year-old straight rye whiskey was aged in char #4 barrels and bottled at 52% ABV with no chill filtering. Aromas of creamy vanilla and light butterscotch transition to a palate of big spice, brown sugar, and roasted coffee, finishing with a pronounced note of rye grain and light smoke.
