Made exclusively for the U.S. market, the Kilchoman Small Batch whiskies are crafted from the same 100% single-farm Islay barley as the rest of the Kilchoman lineup. When poured neat, this is classic Islay with cigar smoke, oyster shell, and mint. But with a few drops of water, the layers emerge into a kaleidoscopic array of stone fruits, citrus, dark blue fruits, cocoa, espresso, and white pepper. Approximately 1,200 bottles are filled for each release, making this one of the more limited Islay whiskies to hit our shelves each year.
