Pliant and beautifully resonant on the palate, the 2015 Luce is very nicely done. Dark red cherry, chocolate, new leather, espresso, new oak and spice notes abound. There is plenty of richness and textural depth to the 2015, but I also see a more refined use of oak and a greater emphasis on freshness than in the past, both clearly positives.
