Once again one of the highlights of the range, the 2019 Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru La Dominode (Domaine Louis Jadot) wafts from the glass with notes of cassis, plums, dark chocolate, loamy soil and spices. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and layered, it's elegantly muscular, with fine depth and lively acids.
