The 2019 Bourgogne Blanc comes from three parcels in the Puligny appellation with a splash from Meursault. It has a light, straightforward bouquet with grass clipping and green apple aromas. The palate is nicely balanced, slightly candied in quality with orange zest dominating the finish. This is definitely one of the superior regional whites.
