The 2020 Chablis Montee de Tonnerre 1er Cru, taken from tank, has a well-defined bouquet with touches of white flowers and white pepper. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, a superb line of acidity and a fresh, vibrant, classic Chablis finish. Excellent.
