Vinified in large oak (doppelstuck) and aged on the lees until the bottling in April, the 2020 Weissburgunder Trocken opens with a clear and aromatic bouquet of ripe and dried white fruits. The wine reveals fine acidity on the palate and stimulating grapefruit bitters on the finish and comes across as a round and fruity, elegant and medium-bodied Pinot Blanc for immediate drinking pleasure. Tasted at the domain in July 2021.
