This Japanese whisky is a blend of grain whiskies distilled in Batch Kettle, dobler and column, as well as malt whiskies, all distilled at the Mount Fuji distillery, and a selection of whiskies distilled outside Japan. It demonstrates the expertise of the Fuji Gotemba distillery located at the foot of Mount Fuji, of which it is a new expression. Tasting notes Nose: deliciously malty, dried vanilla and fruit reveal themselves on opening Palate: smooth, almost brioche-like. Flavours of pear and quince that stretch out. Finish: cereal notes with a hint of cocoa.
