The 2019 Malbec Luigi Bosca is a blend of grapes from Lujan de Cuyo and the Uco Valley aged for 12 months in French and American barrels. A moderate purple color, the nose presents prunes and fresh plums with hints of vanilla and pencil box. Terse in feel with a medium volume and integrated freshness, the tacky flow has a few grippy tannins while the fruit and oak return at the end.
