Shibata Pink Cloudy sake is velvety and smooth. You will enjoy orange and cherry blossom notes, with a sharp dryness. This Nigori is a Junmai Ginjo base, using Ginpu rice from Hokkaido, an amazing sake rice which gives this sake its mellow and rich depth. Best Served: Chilled or gently warmed.
