A small-batch Irish whiskey from Killowen's Bonded Experimental Series, matured for a decade in a Pinot Noir Burgundy wine cask, creating a fruity, bold character. Aromas of red apples, wild mint, honeysuckle, nutmeg and lemon peel fill the nose, complemented by notes of blackberry jam, lemon cheesecake, oaky spice and plums on the palate, with hints of pine needles lingering in the finish.
