This Petite Arvine is light and crisp, but it also delivers a glossy or viscous side with some of the thickness and flavors of well-ripened grape skins. The bouquet opens to orchard fruit and nectarine, and there is a musky quality that adds an extra layer of shading or depth. This white would do well with lobster or shellfish.
