The 2021 Suduiraut is breathtaking. It is also a miracle wine. Conditions nearly wiped out the entire crop. Yields were just one hectoliter per hectare. No, that is not a typo. One hectoliter per hectare harvested on one of the three picks that year. Orange confit, dried flowers, jasmine, passionfruit, ginger and light tropical accents lend tremendous character. Racy and creamy to the core, Suduiraut retains a gorgeous sense of floral lift and freshness. It's a fabulous Sauternes.
