The 2018 Chablis (Domaine) is beautifully layered, perfumed and expressive. White flowers, mint and orchard fruit all grace this silky, inviting Chablis from F?vre. The Chablis emerges from a mix of 46 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 50 years. A touch of oak (5-7%, all neutral) adds a shade of complexity.
