The 2015 La Tour de Mons has a very perfumed bouquet with violet infused red fruit, more blueberry emerging with aeration. There is still some oak to be assimilated but it is in sync with the fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannin, fresh and focused. A precise and quite mineral-driven finish lingers long in the mouth. Excellent.
