One of Italy's best white wines. Daniele Venica purchased the plot Ronco del Ceró where he first planted Sauvignon Blanc in 1930. This wine sees a modest amount of skin contact for 18-20 hours. A small part of the juice ages on the lees in small barrels while the rest of the wine is aged in stainless steel. Gorgeous floral aromatics, giving way to a fruit-forward palate of grapefruit, honeysuckle, and herbs. Harmonious balance and refreshing acidity are just two of the many reasons we adore this cuvée.
