Disgorged with two grams per liter dosage in March 2018, the NV Extra Brut L'Atavique Tradition is based on the 2014 vintage, incorporating 25% reserve wines from 2012 and 2013. Offering up notes of red apple, fresh hay and vague suggestions of spices, it's medium-bodied, bright and tensile, with bracingly tangy acids, a pinpoint mousse and a dry, saline finish.
