Brought up in a mix of tank and used barrels, the 2016 Vacqueyras Tradition (48% Grenache, 36% Syrah, and the rest Mourv?dre) has a classic vibe in its red and black fruits, seaweed, garrigue, and Asian spice-laced aromas and flavors. It's balanced, has terrific fruit, good acidity, and stays light and weightless on the palate. It's well worth a case purchase and will keep through 2026.
