Attaining some 13% natural alcohol, the 2017 Givry 1er Cru Servoisine is the fullest and most mature of Joblot's 2017s, exhibiting alluring notes of wild berries, ripe blackberry and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and richly tannic, with promising depth and dimension, concluding with a youthfully chewy finish that I suspect will have rounded out by the time it's bottled
