From higher and cooler plots on red slate, the 2018 Longuicher Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett offers a very clear, elegant and intensely aromatic nose of ripe white stone fruits and crushed stones. From vines up to 100+ years old, this is a lush, piquant and salty Riesling with good grip and unashamed juicy, aromatic fruit. This 2018 tickles the tongue and reveals remarkable finesse. Bottled in March this year with 9.5% alcohol and less than 50 grams of residual sugar. Tasted in April 2019
