The 2015 Valdisanti, Tolaini's Cabernet Sauvignon blend is a rich, full-bodied beauty. Dark cherry, plum, chocolate, cedar, menthol and tobacco all flesh out as this succulent, beautifully layered wine shows off its personality. Valdisanti is decidedly opulent and muscular, but all the elements fall into place so gracefully.
