I tasted a tentative sample of the 2019 Semillon, taking some 20% from barrel. It was a great harvest, with a very slow and long ripening cycle that kept moderate alcohol and good acidity. This is still very young and raw, but there is a citrus freshness. This seems to be a year that combines power and freshness, concentration and elegance, and it seems to have the ingredients to develop nicely. The plan is to bottle it in September 2019, with at least six months ?levage. Very promising. (LG"
