A blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourv?dre, all aged just a short time in concrete, it delivers a full-bodied wine that remains airy and silky in texture, ending long, on elegant notes of black tea, rose petals, cocoa and dark fruit. This estate of 87 hectares has been farmed organically since 2010, with holdings in and around Sablet, Plan de Dieu and Gigondas. Produced from destemmed fruit and absent oak influence, the bottlings from C?;tes du Rh?;ne, Plan de Dieu and Sablet represent exceptional values.
