The organic 2019 Chianti Classico (made with 100% Sangiovese fermented with natural yeasts) is faithful to the variety and offers a classic playlist of aromas, including tart fruit, blue flower, black olive, cedar smoke and campfire ash. The wine reveals fresh fruit sensations over mid-weight density. This wine would make a fine partner to a broccoli and sausage pizza. This is a 35,000-bottle production.
