Made with certified organic fruit, the 2018 Chianti Classico Riserva is 85% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Colorino. These grapes work well together to highlight dark fruit flavors, toasted spice, mahogany and more savory notes at the back. The wine ages in botte grande for 24 months. It remains true to the territory with a fresh, mid-weight consistency. Production is 8,000 bottles.
