From the Grand Cru vineyard of Furstentum, this is a blend of 60% Pinot Gris + 20% Pinot Auxerrios + 20% Pinot Blanc; all are co-fermented and aged in small oak barrels of which 20% are new oak. The vines are around 40 years old. The fine texture reminds of citrus pith; while the body is generous and concentrated there is freshness. (bone dry)
