The 2021 Riesling Cuvee Theo is harvested in the granitic sand of the Clos des Capucins. The palate has the taut, bright citrus wonder we know. A light bodied, vivid and dry Rieslng shining with ripe lemon and subtle tangerine. The finish is bone dry and zesty. (bone dry)
