The 2021 La Folie is a young, buoyant wine with a lovely juicy nature. It's one of the better early releases from 2021 with good concentration and plenty to get hold of within its light body. That's probably because it has had a little bit of love: it's organic and spent four weeks on skins before nine months in wood tank too. But there's no mistaking the cool vintage here with its racy acidity and distinctly taut conclusion. Feel free to drink now but will keep.
