The 2020 Appellation Paraje Altamira Malbec shows restraint and balance, and in a warm and dry year, it only reached 13.5% alcohol and manages to keep fresh varietal aromas of violets and red berries with some aromatic herbs and a medium-bodied palate with very fine tannins. A fresh wine from a warm year is not easy to make. Bravo! 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled between October and November 2020.
