Barnett's 2021 Cabernet Franc is all estate grown on the Spring Mountain property. Subtle hints of black tea, tobacco, sage and bay leaf accent dark berries on the nose, while the full-bodied palate is richly concentrated and tannic. Fortunately, the tannins are ripe, so they end up imparting a lovely savory edge and velvety texture to the lingering finish.
