The 2023 Riesling Calcaire Rosacker Grand Cru was grown on Triassic limestone with some clay. The nose is alive with citrus, coolness and overtones of vivid lime, lemon zest and crushed citrus foliage. This is filigree, bright and delicate. It's so fine, sylph-like and citric, with exquisite tenderness and antennae that stretch and feel their way forward, reaching for the light. (Bone-dry)
