Packaged with a black wax capsule, the Ciavolich 2019 Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Fosso Cancelli is saturated and thick with a creamy texture topped by ripe fruit, baked apricot and honey. Honey is the defining element of the wine, and even its color shines with golden intensity. This grape offers ample structure and moderate acidity. It should be interesting to taste this wine in five years' time. Only 4,000 bottles were made.
