The 2023 Sémillon Polígonos de Tupungato was sourced from old vines planted in El Peral. Fermented and aged in concrete vats, its subtle aromas offer hints of chamomile and honey, with a delicate floral note. Dry and creamy, the palate boasts a bold, rich mouthfeel yet remains refreshing. This is a modern white from the Uco Valley.
