WINEMAKING: We harvest the best red pomegranates from Meghri region. Pomegranate juice (50%) and grape juice (50%) are blended then fermented. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation at the temperature between 26°C to 28°C in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: This pomegranate wine has garnet hue and a unique bouquet of rich pomegranate and berry aromas. Medium bodied, refreshing aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: Chicken, cheese and desserts.

formed in 1872 when grappa distiller Eugenio Bailoni from Vigolo Vattro, Trentino visted Austria and fell in love. Eugino and his wife, Rosa, founded the first apricot distillery in the Wachau Valley. The signature bottle was created in the early 20th century.
