100% Riesling from the monopole Clos des Capucins vineyard.
Brimming with peach and apricot fruit, but also delicate notes of mandarin orange, persimmon, jasmine and chamomile. What a stunning interplay of ripe fruit, vibrant acidity and intensely salty minerality. So much drive at the finish. Still very young!

A blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Sylvanner and Muscat. This is fresh, bright, light bodied and agile, with just a touch of aromatics and a lovely seem of acidity. (bone dry)
