For the liqueur we use fresh pandan leaves and to give it that extra ‘bite’ four other botanicals are used to go along with the pandan flavor. Combined it gives Bandoeng’22 that unique and well balanced taste.
On the eyes; Emerald green, because pandan naturally makes everything green.
On the nose; First you get some nutmeg, cocoa and hazelnut. Later, some nutty and botanical fragrances appear.
While tasting; Reminiscent of freshly baked apple crumble, with some sweet vanilla, almond and cinnamon on the palate.
At the finish; A nice floral and popcorn aftertaste without overpowering the other ingredients.
