Friday April 5th

Vintners Dinner and Champagne Reception

Friday evening commences with a Champagne reception with passed hors d'oeuvres at 7pm. The Vintners dinner commences at 8pm. This year's dinner promises to be a truly amazing event. Chef Stefan Kauth, the Executive Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, has created an incredible array of mouthwatering courses superbly paired with the wonderful wines selected by our guest wineries. Seating for this event is very limited. All proceeds will go towards the Bassin Family Foundation.


We are pleased to announce the return of long time friend of the Bassin Family and former White House Press Correspondent for CBS Bill Plante. Bill will once again take up the mantle of MC for the evening.

The format to the tastings on Saturday will be very familiar to all of you that attended the Barrel tasting. We will be offering two identical tastings. The early tasting will be from 1-3pm and the Late tasting will be from 7-9pm.

These tastings will feature many of our old favorite Cabernet Sauvignon producers as well as great Pinot Noir, Syrah, Zinfandel and "Rhone Rangers"… there is sure to be something there for everyone!  The vintners will be pouring current releases, so no more waiting for your wine to arrive. All the wine shown at the event will be available at pricing way below our everyday sale price valid only if you attend the tasting and for one week only after the event.

The Chef will once again provide an amazing array of Culinary delights both Savory and sweet for you to enjoy whilst sampling the enormous selection of wine available for you to sample.
