Farmer's Organic Gin 750ml

Farmer's Organic Gin is rooted in the Cornie family farm in Idaho's Magic Valley, where three generations have grown wheat using responsible, renewable methods that made them early pioneers of the region's organic farming movement. That wheat, grown at 1000 Springs Mill in Buhl, travels a short distance to Distilled Resources Inc. in Rigby, a distillery founded in 1988 that became the first in the United States to earn organic certification. The partnership keeps the entire process close to its agricultural source, true to the brand's Regenerative Organic Certified standing.

The gin is produced using a proprietary batch fermentation process paired with continuous fractional distillation across a four-column system, an approach that allows for precise control over the final spirit. Grain can move from field to bottle in as little as a week. The finished gin is flavored with a botanical blend that includes juniper, elderflower, lemongrass, coriander, and angelica root, along with other organically grown ingredients the distillery keeps undisclosed, and it is bottled at 46.7% ABV.

On the nose, juniper and elderflower compete for attention, backed by pine and light floral tones. The palate reveals lemongrass and coriander alongside subtle celery and a touch of sweet licorice, finishing bright and citrusy. It makes a clean, floral base for a gin and tonic or a classic Bee's Knees.
