Martin Millers Westbourne Strength Gin 1L
"Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength is, unsurprisingly, from the same chaps behind Martin Miller's gin. However, the recipe and proportion of the two distillates are different to the original gin, in order to accentuate the length of finish of the 45.2% ABV tipple. The name pays homage to Westbourne Grove in London, where the idea for Martin Miller's gin first really began to take off. Full of smooth citrus and spice, the Beverage Tasting Institute awarded this 97 points and declared this the best gin in the world and 'Spirit of the Year' in 2003, the year it was released. This would certainly do well in a Martini.Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Grapefruit peel, thick cut marmalade, generous earthy juniper and a spicy kick of cardamom.

Palate: Juniper becomes sweeter on the palate, though just as generous. Menthol, orange peel and peppercorn.

Finish: Refreshing with plenty of fragrant herbs and a pinch of cracked black pepper.
