We like the Malleron style of Sauvignion blanc as it's a bit less herbaceous and more mineral driven. Really an outstanding bottle that reminds us of why the Loire is still France's greatest treasure for gastronomic wines.

2019 Chateau Tour Leognan Blanc - Pessac
This outstanding blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is the perfect Summer sipper. It is the owned and made by the famous Ch. Carbonnieux in Bordeaux. If you are looking for a nice change up from Sancerre or New Zealand Sauv Blanc this is the perfect choice. Aged in barrel for 9 months it really drinks like a "baby Carbonnieux" and if you've had the grand vin before we're sure you'll recognize the unique style.

2017 Trimbach Riesling Reserve
An amazingly versatile wine and a real favorite here at Mac Bev. Fresh and lively in the mouth. The acidity is well integrated, and the long finish is focused and energetic. There's a great deal more depth here than in Trimbach's 2017 entry-level Riesling. This is an outstanding Alsace Riesling that is the equivalent of many Riesling Grand Cru wines made by other producers.
